A semi-antique Fetek rug distinguished by an exceptional palette of aubergine, turquoise, and purple tones. Its composition is dominated by an elaborate oversized central medallion that fills the entire field, set against a rich burgundy background. The four deep-toned spandrels each feature delicately woven shrubs in the corners. At both ends, decorative cartouches adorned with plant motifs rest on a striking turquoise ground, evocative of flowing water. The borders are framed with large-scale floral motifs.
